1. The ROMBO high tensile wire mesh is specifically designed for high energy impacts and is three to four times stronger than conventional steel wire mesh;

2. The GEOBRUGG Panelized Fence is a new development which takes spectator safety for temporary circuits or temporary installations at permanent circuits to a new level. The fast assembled Debris Fence Panel is designed with high strength mesh ROMBO G80/4 and is full bolted solution. In combination with NORDBETON concrete elements which were produced locally by Stroi International by means of steel moulds Geobrugg Safety Engineering is able to supply you with a complete package.
3. The GEOBRUGG Pit Wall Fence is designed to provide highest flexibility to Your circuit. With its unique panel fixation to cast in channels a high grade of flexibility is given. The Pit Wall Fence could for example be removed for award ceremonies or the panels can be moved to provide a fully closed Pit Wall Fence.
4. Crash Tests To evaluate the performance of the Geobrugg Debris Fence, several series of tests were carried out at the independent Dynamic Test Center (DTC) in Vauffelin, Switzerland. Testing was performed under the supervision of and according to the test specifications of the FIA Institute

Technical Characteristics and Advantages of the System
A new system of safety barriers that could become the standard for major international circuits has been introduced. TECPRO barriers installed at corners replace the traditional construction of tyre walls with polyethylene-metallic sheet combination barrier. Each individual barrier piece is made from variable density foam with a reinforcing metallic sheet placed at its center. They are attached together with high strength nylon belts to create length of barriers becoming extremely efficient at absorbing energy and reducing g-forces during impact.
