Quality Control System of the Company

In the process of work the operative quality control of construction and erection works as well as control after completion of a certain process task are being executed.

Operative quality control includes control over:

Compliance with working drawings, standards and norms (geodetic control);
Compliance of quality of applied construction materials (concrete quality test laboratory, etc.);
Observance of construction and erection process requirements;
Quantity and quality parameters of a construction and erection process;
Precision and sequence of working operations, conditions and modes of equipment and machine operations.

Operative quality control is executed by:

A project manager;
A site manager;
Foremen

With attraction of geodetic control service and construction laboratories. All construction processes are reflected in documentation:

Jobsite log book (execution of works);
Covered up works acts;
Protocols of laboratory tests.

During execution of construction and erection works our Company has developed and successfully uses the quality control system for construction materials and processes in accordance with GOST and SniP norms of Russian Federation.

All construction materials, delivered to the jobsite, must be accompanied by:

passport of a manufacturer;
A fire safety certificate;
A certificate of a sanitary and hygienic compliance;

Radiation level control;
